Guard Your Heart.

Your heart is the place where you decide whom you place first in priority. Shouldn't you choose carefully who to place in your heart because the decision is 'fatal'? If you place man first, (man as in friends, boyfriends etc) you'll experience insecurity, discontentment, doubts about how beautiful you are actually, and perhaps even immaturity.

Man is not perfect, that's why they cannot fufil the desires our heart deeply long for. Our heart longs to be loved, to be sought after, to be owned by someone, to be wanted; yet Man doesn't have the ability to do so, because they need them too. Man is a gift, a bonus from God, not a criteria. God is the criteria, the must, the you-won't-be-able-to-live-without-Him. Man is seen and tangible, God isn't. When Man speaks you'll know its him, but it isn't the same with God. Man can seem to be there, yet God don't seem to be able. Ironically, the unseen and the intangible is the One that can fill that deep longing and want.

Why? Because, Man is not perfect. The desire everyone longs for inside can only be fufilled by God Himself, because He alone is perfect. He understands, He cares, He wants, He longs. I've tried letting Man take control of my heart. That was the worst mistake. I felt even more insecure, more unpredictable, I can't grow, I'm stuck.......etc.

Therefore, GYH. Guard Your Heart. The moment you see your heart leaving God and going for Man, pull it back. Place it behind 'God's shelter', let the Big One take control. Take practical steps to distant, because you don't want to lose your destiny because of Man.
